I find clients have the best outcomes when attending therapy consistently, which is why I meet with clients weekly. We can establish a set time to meet each week as a recurring appointment.

I offer in person sessions in Avila Beach, California. Online counseling is also available for anyone interested in California, Iowa, or Utah. We utilize a HIPAA secure platform for all telehealth sessions.

I find that if you’re asking yourself that question, it is usually a pretty good indicator that you’re ready to try something new! But here are a few other things to consider:

This answer is different for everyone, but the majority of my clients work with me for about six months to a year.

I am an out-of-network provider which means that I do not bill insurance and payment is due at the beginning of the session. However, I do provide a superbill (a special receipt for services) that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement of a percentage of the session fee.

My number one priority is getting you the best possible care. Sometimes we may need to change up our approach and utilize different resources. But if we truly aren’t making progress, then I will refer you to someone who I believe can help with your specific needs.
